On 28 July 2010, Milorad Novković, President of the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council BiH (HJPCBiH),  met with deputy president of the Cantonal Court in Bihac and presidents of Municipal Courts in Bihać, Cazin, Velika Kladuša and Sanski Most. Work results in the first six months of this year were discussed. President Novkovic expressed his pleasure about apparent trend in reduction of outstanding cases and reiterated that it was necessary to continue work on completion of outstanding cases in all courts. 

In addition, the meeting also discussed the funding of courts for this year. Due to some open questions in terms of funding, i.e. realisation of the budget for 2010 referring to rescheduling of funds within the judicial budget for 2010, on 29 July 2010, meeting with Mr Šemsudinom Dedićem, the Prime Minister of Una-Sana Canton was held. Prime Minister Dedić showed his understanding for funding requirements of courts and promised a very definite action in terms of realisation of the budget, i.e. rescheduling of the budget funds.
