    HJPCBiH appointed holders of judicial office

    24.11.2010.
    (Sarajevo, 24 November 2010) - the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council (HJPC BiH) delivered decision on appointments of judicial office holders in BiH at the meeting held 23 and 24 November in Sarajevo.

    At the State level, persons appointed are as follows: 

    • Božović Mirko, judge at the Court BiH;
    • Hadžiomerović Enida, judge at the Court BiH;
    • Džihanović Šahbaz, judge at the Court BiH.

    For Republika Srpska persons appointed are as follows:

    • Koričić Sanela, judge at the Magistrate Court in Banja Luka;
    • Gavrilović-Trivić Adrijana, judge at the Magistrate Court in Banja Luka;
    • Graovac Vladana, judge at the Magistrate Court in Banja Luka,
    • Jukić Branimir, judge at the Magistrate Court in Banja Luka;
    • Kovačević Bisera, judge at the Magistrate Court in Banja Luka;
    • Stamenić Darko, judge at the Magistrate Court in Banja Luka;
    • Vrbanjac Amela, judge at the Magistrate Court in Banja Luka;
    • Rajković Ljilja, judge at the Magistrate Court in Bijeljina;
    • Plasto Šefkija, judge at the Magistrate Court in Sokolac;
    • Radojčić Radmila, assistant judge at the Magistrate Court Doboj.

    At the meeting, appointments to positions in FBiH were decided upon:

    • Derling Vera, judge at the Cantonal Court in Novi Travnik;
    • Ahmetspahić Amir, judge at the Cantonal Court in Goražde;
    • Šunje Azra, judge at the Cantonal Court in Mostaru;
    • Medić Damir, judge at the Municipal Court in Mostar;
    • Ćosić Efraim, assistant judge at the Cantonal Court in Sarajevo.
    When delivering Decision on Appointments, the HJPC BiH has taken into consideration criteria such as: expert knowledge, working experience and performance results; relevant skills based on career results so far; ability to carry out his/her duties impartially, conscientously, diligently, decisively and responsibly within the function he/she applied for; interpersonal skills, conduct outside place of work, professional impartiality, reputation and experience at leading positions.  
     
    Appointed judicial office holders shall assume their duties on 4 January 2011.
